Your data and privacy

This notice describes how FloorPlanBot, operated by 深圳织流科技有限公司 (China), handles your information.

Accounts and saved plans

Google sign-in provides your verified email and a unique account identifier. We store those details with your credit ledger and saved plans. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail messages. A first-party session cookie keeps you signed in. Saved plans are accessible through your authenticated account.

Images and third parties

Opening an image keeps it in your browser until you save a design or submit an AI edit. When you submit generation or editing, your prompt and reference image are processed by APIMODELS using Gemini 3.1 Flash Image. Reference uploads use publicly readable, unlisted supplier URLs retained for 7 days. Do not submit sensitive plans. The application stores submitted references, tasks and generated images in its local SQLite database; image access on this site requires your account. We use optional Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics. It uses first-party analytics cookies to measure visits and product actions; advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Before you choose, our own system receives only aggregate page and action counts, a broad referrer category and adjacent page/action names. It creates no visitor or session identifier and stores no IP address, full URL, email, prompt, image or payment details. Counts cannot reconstruct an individual journey or measure unique visitors. Reject analytics stops browser measurement in both systems. Use Privacy settings to change your choice; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also stop browser measurement. Necessary account, security, task and billing records continue to operate. Anonymous daily counters are retained for up to 90 days; Google event data is set to two months. Your choice is remembered on this device for 180 days. Google may process data internationally; see Google's privacy policy.

Local work

The editor remembers the text prompt on this device. Clear it in the prompt field if you do not want to keep it. Downloaded files remain on your device. You can delete saved schematic plans from your account. You can delete saved image designs and completed AI history entries. Images are removed from the active database when no saved design or task references them. Credit ledger entries and minimal task admission records (account ID, task/request IDs and UTC date) remain for reconciliation and usage limits; deletion does not refund credits or remove provider copies and backups. Payment records

PayPal processes payments. We send the selected product, amount and internal purchase or subscription reference. We retain minimal transaction, subscription, credit allocation, consent and event-hash records for billing, support and reconciliation. We do not store card details or raw webhook messages. Payment audit records are retained separately from deleted designs.
